At The Platinum Home, we carefully curate every product to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Products that are damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
- Customized, made-to-order, clearance, or sale items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
Refunds
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
